 Minnesota Music Hall of Fame Marilyn Sellars - 2009 Inductee
 Marilyn Sellars was inducted into the 2009 Minnesota Music Hall of Fame.
                                    In a formal ceremony at the historic Turner Halle in New Ulm, on
                                    Friday November 6th, she joined the 21st Annual celebration of Minnesota artists surrounded by a banquet of talented peers. In the audience were: Bandleader Jack Schultz, Bruce Bradley,  the Wendinger Brothers(Peter and Paul), Wally Pikal, Mike Shaw, Sherwin and Pam Linton,
                                    and a multitude of Minnesota music enthusiasts. Marilyn acceped her
                                    award and went on to perform a short set with friends Ray and Sue
                                    Sand and their group, the Polka Dots. As a bonus, she was joined onstage with guitarist/songwriter Dale Menten, who played on Marilyn's very first album, himself a 2009 MMHF Inductee. What a wonderful
                                    evening.!

                                    of Fame- Marilyn Sellars combines true Minnesota roots with polished showmanship and a wealth of experience in the music business.
                                    Shown below accepting her recognition, Ms. Sellars is in fine company with artists Bobby Vee, Marvin Rainwater, the Trashmen,
                                    Sherwin Linton, Bob Dylan and DJ and the Runaways. 
 
 Marilyn's travels
                                    have taken her around the world  and she continues to perform for events large and small.  Pictured below, at the Dakota County Fair in 2008,
                                    she kept
